It has been a long road from Poland (where I was born) to Canada (where I live); from medieval history enthusiast (Centre for Medieval Studies University of Toronto) to a passionate promoter of Canadian art! My love of Canadian art begun when Professor Joyce Zemans gave me a very, very long list of publications I needed to read on Canadian art. As a newcomer, about to take a seminar on Canadian artists, I had a lot to catch up with!
Today I write and teach about the arts, especially Canadian art, curate exhibitions of established and up-and-coming artists, and I am about to share my passion with the world!

It has been a long road from Europe (where I was born and studied music) to Canada (where I live); from concert violinist and composer to a passionate promoter of Canadian music! I came to Canada after completing my doctorate at the Université de la Sorbonne in Paris (France), and among other things I discovered a whole world of music that I did not know at all: the music of the Chippewa!
Today I compose music and play the violin, and I am about to share my passion with the world!
